Logoballs2you.com is a part of Esuasion Limited. We are a UK based registered company based in Essex and our mission is simple... To supply quality products at affordable prices via the Internet. Over the past few years, we've supplied 1000's of personalised golf balls for all sorts of purposes to lots of happy customers - see our page of testimonials.

We've been providing ecommece solutions since 1998 and operate several websites selling a range of products. These include golf, baskets & storage, beer & wine, clothing and funny t-shirts.

We print the golf balls ourselves, which give us greater control over the production process and more flexability. It also means we can print just 1 dozen golf balls, which makes them ideal for presents.

There are some printing requirements (more details below) but in the main we can print almost any design onto the ball. This includes, photographs, text and company logo's. The quality of the supplied image must be of an acceptable standard, but as we print in full colour using a digital process, which means we don't require commercial print quality graphics.

Golfball printing Requirements and Restrictions

The print area

The maximum print area on the golf ball is 25mm x 25mm - This includes 3mm of bleed. Unlike printing onto paper, it's possible to sometimes use the bleed area to increase the size of an irregular shaped logo or text - but this area will be blurred.

With paper based printing, bleed is used to ensure colour is printed up to the edge of the paper and makes up for any differences between the print machine and the cutting tool.

When printing on to golf balls the bleed area can be used in the print design. However, due to the curve of the ball any print design in this area may blur and distort. Because of this we prefer to print to a 22mm maximum diameter

If a design only includes a small amount of text, a very irregular shape or a photo with faded edges, it is possible to use the bleed area to increase the size of the main printed design. But this can not be guaranteed.

Because the print surface is curved, circlular shapes print better than ones with straight edges. Square or rectangular shapes are unable to take advantage of the full print area as the need to fit inside the "solid print area".

The print surface

The uneven surface of the ball may also affect the size and quality of the finished printed logo. If a short straight edge is printed into the dimple it will bend and blur slightly. In order to achieve a good quality print, a long thin logo may need to be reduced below the maximum 22mm.

Print Colour

The print ink is applied to the ball using a chemical process. The ball surface (colour, texture and finish) has an affect on the final print colour. Therefore we can not guaratee the printed colour will be an exact match. We suggest ordering a proof ball, if colour matching is a concern.

Shipping & Delivery

All our golf products are dispatched via a courier service. The consignment is insured and requires a signature. Please ensure you specify a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel.

If no one is available the courier will leave a calling card. In this instance you must collect the parcel within 1 week. After this period, the parcel will be returned to us and you will be liable for the full redelivery costs.
